About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional overnight support to our service users with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer wakeful night cover and handle essential domestic duties
  • Manage care plans and assist with personal care for service users
  • Liaise with health professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain a high standard of the physical environment and monitor nutritional needs
  • Handle emergencies and provide crisis support when needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain
  • Basic computer skills
  • Respect for Christian worship and ability to facilitate service users' participation
