About the Role
CrossReach is seeking a dedicated Night Care Worker to join our team at our purpose-built care home in Scotland. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional overnight support to our service users, who have Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer wakeful night cover and handle essential domestic duties
- Manage care plans and assist with personal care for service users
- Liaise with health professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain a high standard of the physical environment and monitor nutritional needs
- Handle emergencies and provide support during critical situations
Requirements
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer skills
- Respect for Christian worship and ability to facilitate service users' participation
