Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our team in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire. As a Support Worker, you will be supporting a number of individuals with varying disabilities, including autism, learning disabilities, mobility, and visual impairment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Encourage and enable individuals to participate in activities, such as sports, walking, and swimming
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
Requirements:
  • Patience and empathy when working with individuals with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts
