We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Support Worker to join our team at Stonehaven Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes. Our team is diverse and works collaboratively to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting individuals with medication administration
- Cooking and preparing meals
- Assisting with personal care when required
- Maintaining the homes of people supported and helping to manage their finances
