Job OverviewWe are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our team in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire. As a Support Worker, you will be supporting individuals with various disabilities, including autism, learning disabilities, mobility, and visual impairment. Our team members are trained in specialist areas such as diabetes, learning disabilities, and first aid.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
- Encourage participation in community activities, including sports, walking, and swimming
- Assist with household chores and meal preparation
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
