Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with medication management and administration
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Participate in care planning and implementation
- Contribute to a safe and clean environment
Requirements
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with the elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.10
- Contracted hours of 44 per week
