Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Assess the needs of service users and develop appropriate care strategies.

- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
- Provide management cover as required and lead nightly briefings.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess an HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3 and be pursuing a management qualification. Relevant experience and basic computer skills are essential. A commitment to working within a Christian ethos is required, along with membership in the PVG Scheme and registration with SSSC.
