About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at WalkMe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales process, from business development to closing, with a focus on Net New Logo acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including business development, introduction demos, and POCs.
  • Drive sales activity, including monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue, with all levels of the target organization.
  • Present WalkMe's solutions using value-based sales approaches and techniques, working closely with our Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers.
  • Execute sales activities with internal cross-functional teams, senior management, and corporate counsel, from contract negotiation to signed contracts.
Requirements
  • 3-8 years' experience in an Enterprise Software Sales or Business Consulting role.
  • Proven success in growing and working within the EMEA market.
  • Ability to manage a long and strategic sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closing.
  • Evidence of exceptional commitment to a process-driven sales approach, and accurately tracking and forecasting all customer engagement, account management, and activity.
