We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our culinary team at The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club. As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to our recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Assist in the control and rotation of food items in storage, ensuring optimal freshness and quality.
  • Work effectively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in food trials for menu changes, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Carry out designated duties to the best of your ability, demonstrating dependability and enthusiasm for the team.
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required, but a passion for food and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
