Job Summary:

Omni is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team as a Financial Services Project Lead. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving forward HR projects, including the company's EDI strategy, and developing diverse talent and EDI awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive forward HR projects, including the company's EDI strategy, through the design and delivery of initiatives and projects across resourcing, people policy and practice, learning and career development.
  • Coordinate activity across key stakeholders/diversity strands, including collaboration across teams that support the delivery of EDI activity where required.
  • Provide input to the HR team on EDI best practice to enhance the broader HR Strategy, policy and activity.
  • Engage with Corporate Communications on EDI content plans to integrate this with the Company's Employee Value Proposition and employer brand.
  • Embed continual positive change in balance with the business needs of the Company.
  • Working alongside the HR Business Analyst, drive enhancements in EDI data collection and analysis to highlight trends, progress, potential risks to the EDI strategy.
  • Lead the implementation of assigned HR initiatives, which may include policy development.
  • Support continuous improvement, identify opportunities to enhance existing HR process and practice.

Requirements:

  • Senior HR Business Partner with Project management experience within financial services/professional services industry.
  • Passion for EDI and commitment to driving forward EDI initiatives.
