Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Motor Claims Handler to join our team at Claims Solutions. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, requesting evidence, and investigating the circumstances surrounding accidents to determine proximate cause, liability, and confirm indemnity.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve claims efficiently
- Request evidence and investigate accidents to determine liability and confirm indemnity
- Nominate or instruct solicitors when required
- Identify and manage potential fraud concerns
- Correspond with parties via telephone, email, or letter while maintaining professional customer service standards
- Manage caseload efficiently to achieve monthly targets and maintain high-quality standards
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service and relationship-building skills
- Organizational and time management skills
