Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Support individuals in their daily lives, including social visits, family visits, and days out to local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork to ensure the well-being of individuals in our care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external organizations to provide comprehensive support.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work positively with vulnerable individuals and take safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
  • Effective decision-making and judgment skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Achieves all Health & Safety standards.
