Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Lloyd Court. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support service users with their daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.
  • Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and events that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, medical professionals, and community stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements

  • Experience in care and support work, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
