Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Lloyd Court, a 40-flat housing with care scheme. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication.
- Support service users in making informed choices and promoting their independence.
- Participate in wellbeing events and activities, and help to create a safe and engaging environment.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

Lloyd Court is a 40-flat housing with care scheme, where we provide care and support to tenants who live with us in their own flat.
