Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Lloyd Court. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support service users with their daily living needs, such as meal preparation and medication management.
- Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and events that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and engaging environment for service users.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. You will have a strong commitment to promoting the independence and dignity of our service users, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders. A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge is essential, as is a commitment to our core values of caring completely, collaborating proactively, acting with integrity, pursuing better, and making it happen.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.60, as well as the opportunity to work a 24.5 hour average week with the possibility of additional hours. You will also have access to fully funded accredited courses, excellent career progression, and job satisfaction from improving people's lives.
