About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at the Norse Group. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our service users, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices and maintain their autonomy.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities to promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, communicating with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
