Role Overview

  • Assisting with the management of client deposits, withdrawals, invoices, and payments
  • Conducting regular business and financial analyses on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Supporting the compilation of monthly revenue summaries
  • Extracting data from trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, and AT
  • Coordinating client account initiation processes, including KYC, AML, and Due Diligence measures
  • Facilitating the establishment of licenses for MAMs and QAM profiles
  • Managing commission groups, performing checks, and calculating commission payouts
  • Handling account terminations, password requests, client information updates, and modifications
  • Executing any additional tasks assigned by the Finance Manager

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced capabilities in MS Excel
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Exhibits outstanding telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
  • A motivated individual with a resilient, enthusiastic, and self-driven approach
  • Capable of taking initiative when necessary
  • Demonstrates precision, accuracy, and a keen attention to detail
