We are seeking a skilled Reconciliations Analyst to join our team at SS&C Financial Services International Limited, responsible for conducting daily cash and stock reconciliations between our accounting and custody platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations within agreed timeframes.
- Liaise with Third Party Providers to obtain information and resolve discrepancies.
- Work within defined Process Management guidelines to achieve Service Level Agreements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Assist the wider team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of relevant company products and services.
- Adhere to the Company's operating and compliance procedures at all times.
- Manage static data and client reporting.
Requirements:
- Previous reconciliation experience (preferable but not essential).
- Numerical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills.
- Industry certifications or qualifications.
