Deputy Store Manager

We're looking for a talented Deputy Manager to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our store management team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to inspire, manage, and develop a small store team. You'll be responsible for coaching and training team members to become product experts, helping them to build strong relationships with our retail and trade customers.
You'll also be responsible for improving store operations, including managing stock, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring that all sales and customer service targets are met.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a passion for retail and customer service, who is commercially switched on and has a can-do attitude. You'll need to be able to lead by example, coaching and supporting team members to achieve their best.
