We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Leadership Manager to join our team at JD. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving store performance, developing talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to achieve business objectives
  • Coach and develop store managers to enhance their leadership skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in retail leadership roles, preferably in a similar format
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial data and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach others
  • Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
