Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team at JD Sports Fashion. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar format.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
