Active Care Group, a leading provider of complex care, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Live-In Support Workers to join our team in Surrey.

We support individuals with spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, and acquired brain injuries to live fulfilling lives independently within their own homes.

About the Role

As a Live-In Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and companionship to our clients, ensuring their well-being and promoting their active lifestyles.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide support with mobility and transfers, utilizing safe handling techniques.
  • Prepare meals and assist with household chores to maintain a comfortable living environment.
  • Engage in social activities and outings to promote the client's independence and enjoyment of life.
  • Utilize your driving skills to support the client's active lifestyle, accompanying them on errands and appointments.
