About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injuries or complex care physical disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support clients with mobility and handling needs
  • Engage in social activities and promote independence
  • Utilize driving skills to support clients' active lifestyles
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license
  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
