About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker - Live In to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Support clients with social activities and outings
  • Utilize driving skills to support clients' active lifestyles

Requirements:

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a commitment to regular working hours
  • Good communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
