Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and epilepsy in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
  • Assist with social activities and encourage engagement with family and friends.
  • Manage individuals' finances and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 in Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of caring for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Behaviours that Challenge.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, nights, weekends, and bank/public holidays.
