Job Description

Role Overview

The role will entail offering support to the Accounts Team and overall office administrative support. Reporting into the Account Team Manager, the role will be initially office-based in a dynamic environment, with the potential to work from home after the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and processing third-party invoices - adding onto systems and batch up for accounts payable
  • Reviewing statements of accounts/contractor debtors reports and assisting with anomaly investigations
  • Day-to-day paperwork/processing of communications
  • Contractor works support, raising/reviewing quotes and quality control checks
  • Raising fee invoices on behalf of the department

Team Overview

The SPS team comprises an Asset Management team and an LPA Team. The Asset Management team has 5 team members, a Director, two Associate Directors, an Associate, and one staff member. Our clients are mortgage lenders and Housing Associations, and we receive instructions to market and sell void properties. We are passionate about delivering an exceptional service to our clients and maximizing the sale price of the assets we sell for the benefit of all stakeholders. The working environment is dynamic and vibrant, as we deal with a high volume of tasks, but we are supportive of one another and enjoy a great team vibe.
