Job Overview

The Partnership & Client Success Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and client satisfaction for Halfords for Business. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients and partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Reporting to a Partnership & Client Success Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to contract renegotiation. This includes lead generation, cross-selling of H4B products and services, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Support the Partnership & Client Success Manager in managing key partnerships across all H4B areas, including Cycle to Work, Gift Card, and Partnerships.
  2. Account manage a set of allocated accounts, developing both clients and partners, and achieving set KPIs for client acquisition, retention, and account growth.
  3. Become a confident negotiator, knowledgeable on all aspects of Halfords for Business contractual obligations, including supplier agreements, terms and conditions, and lease agreements.
  4. Drive new client opportunities, both directly and via partners, through prospecting, selling, presenting, and closing.
  5. Identify and pursue wider opportunities across all Halfords for Business propositions and initiatives.
  6. Have a deep understanding of profitability to facilitate high-volume, good-margin sales.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing Halfords for Business offerings and value proposition.
  8. Manage time and pipeline effectively, providing accurate insights and forecasting to the Line Manager.
  9. Continuously seek new and better ways of working to improve team productivity and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record in account management, new business development, and presentation skills. Knowledge of the Cycle to Work Scheme is desirable, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A key element of this role is focused on development, with training provided throughout probation and while in role. The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a hunger to learn and develop within their role.
