Job Overview

Brakes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our Independent Sales Team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building and leveraging strong customer relationships, driving profitable volume growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and market trends, ensuring you are always offering the best solutions to your customers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes, promoting our values and culture to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly service-focused, with a strong track record of delivering against targets. You will also need to be a self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed, as well as a willingness to learn and develop your skills through our range of L&D programs.

You will have the opportunity to progress into a vast range of commercial roles, developing your career and contributing to the growth and success of Brakes.
