About the Role
Hays Travel, a leading UK travel agency, is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Coach to support the growth of its apprentices. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the company by developing the skills of its Retail apprentices.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to a cohort of Retail apprentices, ensuring they meet the requirements of the Travel Consultant Apprenticeship.
- Design and implement engaging training sessions that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and suggest improvements to enhance the learning experience.
- Research and create relevant training content for both virtual and classroom delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in learning and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including apprentices and line managers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or travel sales.
- Proven track record of delivering training and assessment in a classroom or remote setting.
- Strong knowledge of Core Skills and ability to deliver training in this area.
- Desirable qualifications include Level 3 in Education and Training, Level 3 Assessment Award, or Level 4 Quality Assurance.
