Administrator Role
We are working with one of the UK's leading House Builders who are looking for a successful and proactive Administrator to join their team based in Norwich. The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to develop their customer service and organisational skills by tackling several different tasks at once, supporting the branch with a variety of general admin duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Developing and implementing administrative processes and procedures
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience of office working and administration
- Positive work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Construction / Property experience is desirable
