We are on the lookout for an Office Administrator to support our operational team.

Role Overview:

As an Office Administrator within our commercial division, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the precise and prompt processing of sales invoices.
  • Conducting weekly control checks to guarantee revenue accuracy.
  • Managing credits and adjustments for customer accounts.
  • Serving as the primary contact for customer invoice inquiries, ensuring timely responses to all questions.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for individuals with strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on processes, along with:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent, with a minimum Grade C (New Scoring 5 or above).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative.

This position is full-time on a fixed-term contract for 14 months. We offer flexibility in work patterns, which can be discussed during the interview.
