The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the sales team in ensuring leads are followed up and all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Raising and sending quotes to clients.
- Ensuring accuracy in the data on the CRM system.
- Coordinating visits, booking travel and managing expenses.
- Liaising with customers as required by the sales team.
- Running sales reports on a daily, weekly, and ad-hoc basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an administrative position.
