Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales and Support Specialist to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our online Health and Safety Executive (HSE) software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a full understanding of the current HSE software tools and its customer base
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to identify and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Proactively identify new marketing opportunities to generate sales leads
  • Build strong client relationships and offer ongoing service and support
  • Manage all subscriber renewal processes
  • Support the management team with new customer orders and processing leads

Requirements:

  • Sales experience with online products is desirable
  • Driven and motivated attitude, with a willingness to support team members and push for success
  • Confident manner with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Highly organised with good administrative skills
