Head of Administration

Yellow Brick Mortgages is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Administration to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Mortgage and Protection Consultants, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the team with communication with mortgage lenders, solicitors, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to obtain the latest case updates and report back to the corresponding mortgage advisors.
- Handle queries from Mortgage Advisors, Estate Agents, and Managing Directors in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with keying mortgages up until submission of the application, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Allocate referrals to Mortgage Advisors and liaise with Estate Agents to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Directors as required.
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
