- Support invoicing and day-to-day cash management using Xero, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support event management and maintain office systems, providing exceptional administrative support.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and calls with empathy and understanding.

- Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations, prioritizing workload and managing time effectively.
- Some great experience in a similar administrative role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint), with experience in invoicing, reconciliation, and booking systems desirable.
