About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team at HSS Hire in Manchester. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the achievement of the HR Shared Service Centre by delivering high-quality administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to our colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process data in our HR and Payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support first-level payroll resolution and calculations, providing timely and effective solutions to queries.
  • Collaborate with HR Advisors to manage employee relations cases, providing a supportive and collaborative approach to resolving issues.
  • Administer HR processes and procedures, including right to work checks, new starter processes, and holiday administration.
  • Provide reports on starters, leavers, and amendments, using data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
