About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Administrator to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative systems and processes to perfection, supporting our Home Manager in effectively running services.
  • Maintain impeccable financial records and prepare reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administer the Time & Attendance system, process payroll and HR information, and prioritize Resident wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Residents, colleagues, and external partners, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with safeguarding policies and procedures, recognizing signs of potential abuse or neglect and taking appropriate action.

Requirements
  • IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL.
  • Admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office, time management, and organisational skills.
  • A natural ability to get along with people, with a focus on kindness and respect.
