Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing data in our HR and Payroll systems
  • Supporting first-level payroll resolution and calculations
  • Assisting HR Advisors in managing employee relations cases
  • Working with HR data to provide reports on starters, leavers, and amendments
  • Administering HR processes and procedures, including right to work checks and new starter processes

Requirements for the role include:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced administration team
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A focus on driving the best colleague experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
