Are you an organised and communicative individual with a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support?
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team in Manchester, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the goals of the HR Shared Service Centre.
The successful candidate will take ownership of their tasks, maintain high standards, meet targets, and provide timely and effective solutions to queries. As part of our hybrid work arrangement, we offer a great balance between home and office working.
A background in HR is desirable but not essential, as full training and development opportunities are provided.
In this role, you will provide first-line HR advice to managers, employees, and the wider HR team, including:
- Leading administration tasks and communicating daily via phone and email with colleagues
- Processing data in our HR and Payroll systems
- Supporting first-level payroll resolution and calculations
- Assisting HR Advisors in employee relations cases
- Working with HR data to provide reports on starters, leavers, and amendments
- Administering HR processes and procedures, such as right-to-work checks, new starter processing, and holiday administration
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working in a fast-paced administration team, excellent organisation and communication skills, a focus on driving colleague experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
