HSS Hire is seeking a highly organized and communicative HR Administrator to join our collaborative Human Resources team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our employees and managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing data in our HR and Payroll systems
  • Supporting first-level payroll resolution and calculations
  • Assisting HR Advisors in managing employee relations cases
  • Administering HR processes and procedures, including right to work checks and new starter processes

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced administration team
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to drive a positive colleague experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
