About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at HSS Hire. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Human Resources team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process data in our HR and Payroll systems
  • Support first level payroll resolution and calculations
  • Support HR Advisors in the management of employee relations cases
  • Work with HR data, providing reports on starters, leavers and amendments
  • Administer HR processes and procedures such as right to work checks, process new starters, support with providing reference dates, holiday administration in the system, supporting with drafting letters etc.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office, preferably with Excel experience such as spreadsheet formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc.
