Kepak Group, Red Meat UK division is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees across three sites: St. Merryn site in Bodmin, Cornwall; St. Merryn in Merthyr Tydfil; and McIntosh Donald, in Aberdeen.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments on payroll-related matters.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
