Job Title: Transport Supervisor

Location: Worcester

Hourly rate: £13.39

Working Hours: 1330-2200 on a 5/7 rota (Working every other Saturday)

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled service delivery teams.
  • Coach and develop team members who require further support.
  • Optimize fleet utilization, resource planning, and cost control.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within the Transport team and implement changes as needed.
  • Resource, develop, and lead all colleagues within the team, ensuring service delivery teams are fully trained.
  • Make prompt decisions to protect customer service and delivery schedules while remaining commercially focused.

Requirements:

  • Experience within transport, ideally in a similar position, but not essential.
