About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) efforts, ensuring that our services are accessible and inclusive for all stakeholders. As EDI Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our EDI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to promote EDI awareness and understanding, and to identify and address barriers to inclusion.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance EDI knowledge and skills among staff and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular EDI audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to address these gaps.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote EDI best practices and share knowledge and expertise.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in EDI leadership and management, with a strong track record of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex EDI issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and partnership.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the Equality Act and the Human Rights Act.
