Advanced Clinical Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our reputable private healthcare facility in Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be working in a low-risk, fully private service set in beautiful grounds, where patient care and team collaboration are top priorities.

About the Role:

  • Manage and mentor the Deputy Ward Manager while providing clinical leadership.
  • Conduct initial assessments for new admissions to the hospital to evaluate the appropriate level of care required, under the guidance and supervision of the Consultant Psychiatrist.
  • Participate in non-clinical activities such as organising team events and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Work alongside an amazing Senior Management Team (SMT), dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring atmosphere for staff and patients alike.

About You:

  • A qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a proven track record or working within Mental Health or addictions.
  • Skilled in clinical leadership and capable of managing staff with confidence and empathy.
  • Willing to contribute to non-clinical areas, such as team-building and service development.
