We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner to lead our Perinatal Pelvic Health programme. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and expertise to transform primary care pathways and GP workforce development in Perinatal Pelvic Health.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and support for the transformation of primary care in Perinatal Pelvic Health.
  • Represent Surrey Heartlands in the National NHSE Programme as a Wave 3 Follower.
  • Develop and implement a training package for General Practitioners in Perinatal Pelvic Health.
  • Work with data leaders to implement a standardized digital proforma for pelvic healthcare.
  • Collaborate with clinical and managerial leads to improve Perinatal Pelvic Health services.
Requirements:
  • Current unrestricted registration with the GMC.
  • Active General Practitioner working within the Surrey Heartlands Health and Care system.
  • Experience in delivering NHS change at a local, regional, or National level.
  • Experience in a GP extended role capacity within women's health/gynecology/contraceptive/perinatal care/perinatal mental health.
  • Qualification, training, or evidence of interest in Healthcare Leadership and Management.
