Job Title: Band 7 Non Medical Prescriber

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 7 Non Medical Prescriber to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical assessment and treatment to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide a range of interventions, including psychosocial and clinical treatments. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping individuals to overcome addiction and achieve recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical assessment and treatment to individuals with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver a range of interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development of the service and its policies and procedures
