Job Summary

Metric Bio is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team in the Urology department. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert training and support to customers in the prostate cancer space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions to customers in hospitals and clinics across the South of the UK
  • Provide pre and post-sales support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our customers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in urology and prostate cancer treatment, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a clinical applications or training role, with a strong understanding of how to deliver engaging training in a clinical environment
  • Knowledge of urology, sonography, or prostate cancer treatment is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
