Job Title: Administrator (backshift)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our services, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Talking Therapies Team, ensuring continued service delivery and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Supervise and train Band 2 admin assistants, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed to a high standard.
  • Organize and manage patient appointments, using Microsoft and IAPTus systems, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the stock control and electronic ordering of office equipment and stationery, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and dealing with enquiries.
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent.
  • ECDL or equivalent, including basic knowledge of all MS Office packages.
  • GCSE in English, grades A-C or grade 9-4 or level 2 Literacy or equivalent.
