Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Talking Therapies Team, ensuring continued service delivery and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
- Supervise and train Band 2 admin assistants, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed to a high standard.
- Organize and manage patient appointments, using Microsoft and IAPTus systems, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the stock control and electronic ordering of office equipment and stationery, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and dealing with enquiries.
- NVQ level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent.
- ECDL or equivalent, including basic knowledge of all MS Office packages.
- GCSE in English, grades A-C or grade 9-4 or level 2 Literacy or equivalent.
