About the Role

Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a telecoms, IT, or technical environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £24,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £25,200 per annum.
  • Overtime Opportunities: Double-time pay for overtime worked, with flexible working hours to suit your needs.
  • Hybrid Working: Enjoy a balance of remote and office work, with one day per week spent working from home after an initial 3-month training period.
